At Elora, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your jewellery. We understand that sometimes, things might not go exactly as planned, and we're here to help!
All Sales Are Final: We focus on exchanges because we believe in the quality of our jewellery. We don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please take your time to choose your pieces carefully, as all sales are considered final.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, we'll gladly exchange it for the correct one.
Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. This allows us to address the issue quickly.
We cannot offer exchanges for these items after 3 days.
Provide Evidence: Send us a clear video or photograph of the damaged or incorrect item to hello@elora.fashion or message us on WhatsApp.
Free Exchange: We'll arrange for the pickup of the incorrect item and send you the correct one at no extra cost.
Unboxing Video: We highly recommend recording an unboxing video of your order. This video serves as valuable proof and helps us resolve any issues, particularly claims related to missing or damaged items, quickly and efficiently.
Packaging and Pickup: We will arrange for the pickup of the item. Please ensure it's carefully packaged in its original condition and packaging.
Inspection and Dispatch: Once we receive the item, we'll inspect it. If it's in its original condition, we'll send you the new size or item.
