At Elora, we know how exciting it is to receive your orders! We're committed to packing your items with care and using reliable delivery services to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and on time.
Shipping Costs
Orders Under ₹1999: For orders less than ₹1999, we charge a small shipping fee of ₹90. This helps us cover the cost of packing and sending your items.
Orde ₹2000 and Above: If your order totals ₹2000 or more, you'll enjoy free standard shipping! It's our way of saying thank you for choosing Elora.
Important Note: Once we hand your package over to the delivery company, the delivery time is in their hands. We do our best to get it to them quickly, but we can't control their delivery schedule.
Keeping Track of Your Order
Tracking Number: As soon as your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number by email and WhatsApp.
You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey on the delivery company's website.
Shipping Timeline
Shipping Days: We ship orders Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During busy sale periods, it may take 2-3 business days.
Delivery Time After Shipping: After your order is shipped, it usually arrives within 5-7 business days.
Correct Address and Contact Information: Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We will deliver your package to the address you provide at checkout.
What to Do If Your Package Gets Lost
Report Missing Packages Quickly: If your package doesn't arrive when you expect it, please let us know within 24 hours of the expected delivery date.
Investigating Process: We'll work with the delivery company to find out what happened. (Please note that we cannot investigate if it has been more than 24 hours since the courier marked the item as delivered).
It may take 10-15 days to complete the investigation.
Refunds: If the delivery company confirms that your package is lost, we will issue a full refund.
Dealing with Damaged Items
Don't Accept Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and return it to the delivery person.

Delivery Responsibilities and Potential Issues
Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries: We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts.
Weather and Holiday Delays: We are also not responsible for delays caused by bad weather or busy holiday seasons.
What Happens If Your Package Is Returned to Us?
Reshipping Fee: If your package is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered, you'll need to pay a reshipping fee of ₹90 to have it sent again.
Return Costs: Returned packages cost us money, so we ask that you please keep an eye on your tracking information and let us know if you have any delivery problems.
